If you have ordered using a tracked delivery method then you will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when they call don’t worry! You will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Your parcel will be kept for 7 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us. If you would like us to resend your order we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.

If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us
for Return Material Authorization within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.
30 Days No Reason Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Please contact us

DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND WARRANTY
- When an item is operated by batteries we recommend that you check using a different set of batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items.
- If the product is defective, please explain the fault in a returns form, which you can find in various formats below, and return it with its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement.
- If the item is over a month old, please send it back to us, along with a returns form which you can find below, to the address below – We will then arrange a replacement.
- Goods can be exchanged or refunded due to any defect until up to 14 days from the day after delivery. After 14 days exchange only will be available.
- Please note that deals and 3 for 2 or similar offers will not qualify for a full refund.
- All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if found to be working or in an unacceptable condition.
- All items that are returned as faulty MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
