DJI Hi Five product launch on September 8, 9 am EST
The announcement itself shows an image of a translucent cube floating in the air with a fragmented, blue number five spinning inside. The number five seems to refer to the 5th generation of a certain DJI product. A few hopefuls speculated online that this might be the long-awaited Phantom 4 successor, the DJI Phantom 5 release. And while we would love for them to be right, we suspect this will not be the case. Instead, we expect the DJI Hi Five product launch to bring us a more down-to-earth product.
A recent FCC filing might give us an indication of what we can expect from DJI.
